ABOUT ME

The Gentlewoman | The Trainer | The Owner

I am a daughter, sister, and young woman that strives for greatness no matter the obstacle. I am a graduate of Xavier University of La ( B.S. Biology) and the University of Holy Cross ( Master's in Biomedical Sciences). I am a former athlete- I played basketball, ran track, kicked butt in Omniform( marital arts),and played flag football. Working out is not my hobby but a lifestyle that helps me overcome life's challenges. And I want to use my talents to help you overcome your challenges.

Why did I choose to become a trainer? In March 2016, I had a day that turned my life around in 360 degrees.  I was in a near-fatal car accident, where I suffered from many injuries, such as a fractured right orbital, fractured mandible, lost teeth, fractured occipital bone, fractured left humerus, fractured lumbar 1 in the spine, pneumothorax in the right lung, pavement burn, and fluid on the brain. I don't tell my story for sympathy nor look at this day as a tragic event, instead, I view it as a rebirth that led to my life's purpose of training. My healing process from this accident could not have been any better if I did not take care of my body and mind as well as the support of family and friends. I would love to help you do the same.

Let’s spice up your workout! Learning how to fight is not just learning how
to fight. You’ll learn how to access movements with your body you didn’t
think you could. You’ll use both your mental and physical strengths to
control your body.

Are you ready to explore the depths of your mind with meditation? Are you
ready to gain core strength and more mobility? This program is perfect for
you. Each session is 40 minutes long and focuses (on you) with various
movements and 5 minutes for mediation..

ONLINE TRAINING

There are no excuses when it comes to your workout. Online training
allows you to never miss a workout from your home to traveling for work to
even getting a quick 30 minutes in during vacation. There are a variety of
different exercises when you sign up today!
